The song is built from an AI transcription of your call. Background noise or a poor connection can trip a name. Spell it out on the call. Inaccuracies of this kind are not eligible for a refund.

Purchases are final once a code is issued, including unused codes — they remain valid. Completed songs are not refunded, because each one is an AI creative interpretation of your call. If a technical failure on our end prevents generation or delivery after payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
